Organizations that use our powerString service also have access to telephone support.
Training ServicesOnline – Getting Started Training Session: myString, deskString and powerString users will receive a complimentary introductory online training session with one of our trained support staff. During this session, their String accounts will be customized and configured to capture the data relevant to their precise business needs. Full training on accurate data entry will be given during this online meeting. Onsite Training: Our support team can provide comprehensive Training Services at your business site. This form of training is particularly useful for large organisations where there are multiple processes within one business, or when several organisations from a supply chain need to be trained to use String in a specific way to meet particular requirements.
