Wal-Mart's Love, Earth® range is the world's first collection of fully traceable jewellery. Each piece carries a tag with a code which is unique to a manufactured batch, and each item within the batch is identical. You can explore the complete production history of each jewellery piece by visiting www.loveearthinfo.com and entering the batch code on the tag into the "Trace It - From Mine to Market" box. If you don't have a piece of jewellery in front of you with a tag - please use SMPM88 as an example.

We've been working closely with Wal-Mart and their supply-chain partners to deliver this breakthrough innovation to the jewellery sector. Using String, our online traceability service, each organisation in the supply-chain has been able to record the details required to maintain traceability simply and quickly.

Our team of experts has helped each organisation understand the principles of batch-level traceability and to adapt their existing business and information management processes to meet Wal-Mart's requirements. As a result it is now possible for you, the customer, to know who was involved in making any piece of jewellery in the Love, Earth® range.
